I was telling her about how weird he is when talking to and/or about his new girlfriend. How he turns into a completely different person. Not the witty, angsty, sarcastic, subtly-intelligent boy that I was am attracted to, but a complete cheesy mushy male pet. Ok, I'm being harsh. But I can honestly say that it is a definite turn-off. And if anything had happened between him and I and it turned out like it's turning out with his new relationship, I probably would have pretended to find the lovesick traits endearing, but would have felt uncomfortable about it. Not like I ever got that chance, though. I'm just saying. It sucks that he's with a girl he feels he can't even be himself around.
